Job Summary

Property Analyst
Administrative Officer R14

An eligibility list may be established.
The Property Analyst analyzes architectural building plans, representing different types of floor space, to Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) standards and conducts associated room and occupant analysis.  They ensure an accurate inventory of all buildings and lands which are owned, leased and maintained by the Real Property Division (RPD) as well as tracking occupancy change in those properties.

Job Requirements:
In order to be considered for this position, your application must clearly demonstrate how you meet the education and experience as outlined below:

  • Secondary school graduation or equivalent
  • Experience in technical and analytical functions related to real estate management (such as comparative analyses, mathematical calculations, interpretation of standards, report writing)
  • Experience with BOMA space measurement standards
  • Preference may be given to applicants with formal Intermediate AutoCAD training
