Provide project administration support services for complex projects in this career building role
The Information Management Branch (IMB), within Corporate Services Division, is responsible for fulfilling the Chief Information Officer mandate for the Ministry of Citizens’ Services (CITZ).
Project and Business Services (PBS) manages the IM/IT project portfolio for the ministry, and works closely with CITZ IM/IT Governance Committee on approving and prioritizing the projects.
The Project coordinator provides technical project management coordination functions for a variety of large scale complex projects throughout the project management life-cycle (i.e. initiation, planning, execution, control and close-out). In addition, is directly accountable for assigned portions (e.g., sub projects) of larger projects as a project team member.

In order to be considered for this position, your application must clearly demonstrate how you meet the education and experience as outlined below:
- Some post-secondary education or training in the area of project management, or work equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience providing project management and coordination services for assigned projects.
- Preference may be given to applicants with Project Management Professional designation or Certified Associate in Project Management.
- Preference may be given to applicants who have experience with SharePoint.
