Justice Services Branch (JSB) is responsible for policy development, law reform and justice transformation in the areas of administrative, civil, criminal and family human rights and Indigenous justice. JSB provides direct family justice services through the Family Justice Services Division and the Maintenance, Enforcement and Locate Services. JSB works with administrative tribunals, the courts, the legal professions, other ministries, and a range of community agencies and associations to increase access to justice.
The Project Delivery Division provides strategic leadership, project management coordination, expertise through the management of business transformation projects and provides project management best practices support to all other Divisions. More generally, members of the Project Delivery Division support multi-disciplinary sector wide innovation projects that cross organizational boundaries and have a broad scope of impact.
Reporting to a Project Director, the senior project management analyst will manage projects with significant external impact, a range of internal and external stakeholders and significant assigned resources. Accountable for defining and controlling all project activities to ensure delivery within scope, schedule, budget and specified quality.

In order to be considered for this position, your application must clearly demonstrate how you meet the education and experience as outlined below:
- Secondary school graduation (Grade 12) or equivalent (GED) and 3 years of related work experience; an equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered.
- Experience must include:
- Experience independently managing projects and/or project components.
- Experience supporting projects in varying roles and level of responsibility.
- Experience facilitating meetings and/or planning sessions related to projects.
- Experience collating material into reports, documents or info graphics using various tools.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience working with teams, stakeholders and staff at varying levels.
- Experience with knowledge transfer, coaching/guiding staff on best practices, templates, and processes. Preference may be given to candidates with the following:
- Coursework or certification in Project Management
- Experience with VISIO
- Experience with Office Timeline
- Experience in the Justice Sector
