Located within the Recruitment and Practice Management branch, the Manager, Service Integration is responsible for the development, implementation and sustainment of a comprehensive quality assurance framework and training program to support the Agency in achieving its strategic goals and objectives. This role is also responsible for the implementation of a measurement and reporting program to demonstrate the Agencies achievement of its mandate and to ensure reliable program accountability.

•          Experience in data analysis and reporting, preference may be given to applicants with 2 or more years’ experience.

•          Experience managing client relations in a service delivery environment.

•          Experience in quality assurance processes procedures.

•          Experience in performance measurement, preferably within the public sector.

•          Experience in leading a diverse team, preference may be given to those leading virtual teams.
