Reporting to the Accounts Payable Supervisor, Financial Services Representative is responsible for providing financial and contract support services to Ministry clients, resolving client/supplier issues and providing front line user support for Oracle Financial Systems.

Job Requirements:
In order to be considered for this position, your application must clearly demonstrate how you meet the education and experience as outlined below:

  • Secondary school graduation or equivalent (GED).
  • Experience in word processing, spreadsheets and other standard computer applications.
  • Experience providing exceptional customer / client service.
  • Strong attention to detail.

    Preference may be given for:

  • Experience performing financial work.
  • Experience with client relations.
  • Experience in providing financial related training to administrative staff.
  • Experience with CAS or other Oracle Systems.
