This position provides customer support service through administrative, financial and help-desk support functions associated with the purchase of publications, legislation and online subscription services; assists with problem identification/analysis/resolution; assists with preparation and distribution of the BC Gazette Part I and II and the distribution of tender documents.

In order to be considered for this position, your application must clearly demonstrate how you meet the education and experience as outlined below:
- Grade 12 graduation or equivalent
- Must have a minimum of 1 year administrative experience (achieved within the past 5 years) in a professional office environment (e.g. client support/clerical/financial experience). Preference may be given to applicants with 2 or more years.
- Must have a minimum of 1 year direct customer service experience in a high volume environment (help desk experience preferred). Preference may be given to applicants with experience in a technology based environment.
- Must have a minimum of 1 year experience using corporate systems and databases (SAP experience preferred).
- Experience using computerized software (i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel – advanced level preferred). This includes the ability to generate pivot tables, create formulas and apply filters.
