The Inclusion Policy team is responsible for the analysis and development of policies to support the delivery of effective services for children and youth with special needs and their families. The Inclusion Policy team is seeking a full time Clerk Stenographer 9 to provide office administrative assistance for our team.
Reporting to the Director, provides a variety of office administrative, secretarial and financial support services for the branch and coordinate the day to day priorities of the Director, including providing liaison with ministry executive offices.

In order to be considered for this position, your application must clearly demonstrate how you meet the education and experience as outlined below:
- Secondary school graduation or equivalent.
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience working in a professional office setting providing administrative support services.
- Demonstrated experience typing, formatting, and proofreading a variety of documents and materials using desktop tools such as Word and Excel. Preference may be given for applicants with experience using Outlook, CLIFF and/or eApprovals.
- Experience responding to general enquires, arranging meetings, managing an electronic calendar, and making travel arrangements.
- Experience with filing or records management. Preference may be given for applicants with experience working with with ARCS/ORCS.
- Preference may be given for applicants with experience processing/reconciling invoices (e.g. purchase cards, credit cards, etc.) or financial materials for reimbursement.
