The Information Systems Branch is responsible for providing strategic IM/IT leadership for the Ministry of Attorney General and Public Safety Sector, and for the provision of IM/IT services to support our sector program areas and stakeholders. The office includes five divisions: Strategic Projects, MCIO Division, Client Services Division, IT Security, Privacy & Operations Division, and the Strategic Initiatives Division.
The MCIO Office Division provides leadership and direction from the Sector Ministry Chief Information Officer and ADM, an internal support service aimed to assist the branch in achieving its strategic priorities and the provision of corporate internal communications, planning, advice and services for the Ministry of Attorney General and Public Safety Sector.
As the Executive Administrative Assistant, you provide secretarial and administrative services to the ADM and Chief Information Officer and ISB Senior Management Team.

In order to be considered for this position, your application must clearly demonstrate how you meet the education and experience as outlined below:
• Grade 12 plus a certificate in office administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years office administrative experience working in a confidential capacity. Preference may be given to applicants with 3 years or more of senior administrative experience, such as supporting an Executive(s) or Manager(s) in a confidential capacity.
• Experience with the Microsoft Office suite of applications (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Preference may be given to applicants with CLIFF, eApprovals, and Adobe experience.
• Preference may be given to applicants with CAS, SharePoint, and/or Visio experience.
• Knowledge of structure and program deliverables of the Ministry.
