What is the opportunity?

The Business Process Management Coach leads various aspects of the business analysis and process management program while it evolves. Responsibilities include leading process analysis and process redesign for the Corporation. This role works closely and collaboratively with other corporate staff, stakeholders, management and other project team members and plays a key role in aligning the needs of the business with the capabilities of information technology.

What do you need to succeed?


  • A Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Information Systems or related field;
    Examples of acceptable education:
    – Business Administration
    – Public Administration
    – Computer Science
    – Business Analysis
    – OR related discipline
  • Five years of recent, related experience.
  • An equivalent combination of related education, training and related experience may be considered.
  • Related experience working in a complex business related work environment that includes:
    o business process management;
    o business analysis;
    o planning and monitoring projects; and
    o business system improvements;
  • Demonstrated, recent experience supervising and leading a team.
