Employees of the Legislative Assembly of British Columbia (Assembly) provide professional non-partisan services to support the democratic institution of Parliament and its members through procedural advice, administrative support and information services. The Assembly is an autonomous employer, separate from the administrative framework of B.C. government ministries and agencies.
The Human Resource Operations branch is seeking an experienced human resources professional for the auxiliary full-time position of Human Resources Advisor.
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the Human Resources Advisor is responsible for providing HR generalist advisory services and program development.

Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related program and at least five years of progressive human resources experience, preferably including: disability management, the maintenance and/or development of OHSW programs, HR reporting, and policy development. A Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation will be considered an asset.
