Job Requirements:
In order to be considered for this position, your application must clearly demonstrate how you meet the education and experience as outlined below:

  • Valid BC Interior Scaler licence with required endorsements.
  • Minimum of 3 years of related Interior scaling operational experience.

Preference may be given to applicants with:

  • Experience in Waste and Residue, and the Provincial Waste Program.


  • Valid Class 5 driver’s licence.
  • Willingness to work in adverse weather conditions, in remote areas, and withstand the rigours of fieldwork.
  • Ability to operate a variety of equipment (e.g. quads snow machines, 4X4 vehicles).
  • Successful completion of security screening requirements of the BC Public Service, which includes a criminal records check, and/or enhanced security screening checks as required by the ministry.
