Montreal, July 13, 2015 – Geomega Resources Inc. (“GéoMégA” or the “Company”) (TSX.V: GMA) announces the resignation of Mr. Réjean Talbot as a Director of the Company. Mr. Talbot has been a Director of GéoMégA since October 2011.
