Tasks:

• Coordinate and supervise sales staff to ensure smooth operations on the sales floor.
• Manage store operations effectively to meet and exceed customer expectations.
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Assign tasks to sales staff and prepare work schedules.
• Purchase inventory and products to meet customer demand efficiently while adhering to budget guidelines.
• Maintain a safe and healthy working environment and ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations.
• Prepare reports, manage payment processes, and handle inventory returns
• Train and mentor new sales staff, creating an environment that encourages the achievement of sales, service, and operational goals.
• Implement measures to avoid stock damages, theft, and wastage.
• Monitors shelve stocks and product displays, and the general appearance of the store.
• May perform the same duties as workers supervised
