Naveed & Sons Convenience Store DBA Dollar Valley & Food Store in Vancouver, BC need 1 full-time permanent Assistant Manager-Retail to join our team.

Job Duties:

• Evaluate the business and plan a strategy for operations and sales.
• Manage staff and assign duties
• Make order of inventory of merchandise according to the requirement of the store.
• Evaluate employee performance and identify hiring and training needs
• Resolve customer complaints.
• Evaluate and improve customer service and respond to customer requests and issues.
• Ensure all company policies, procedures, standards and directives are followed.

Terms of Employment: –
Full-time, Permanent

Wages: $29 per hour

Hours: 30-35 hours per week.

Location of employment: – 343 E Hastings Street, Vancouver, British Columbia, V6A 1P3.

Job Requirements: –

• Completion of secondary school is required.
• 1 year to 2 years of experience is required.
