TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT
Permanent, Full time, Part Time, Weekends, Evening and Morning shifts

SPECIFIC SKILLS

• Prepare batter for cookies and cakes and icings and frostings according to recipes and as per customer orders
• Bake mixed dough and batters
• Prepare dough for bread, rolls and sweet goods
• Prepare special orders
• Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods
• Ensure that the quality of products meets the established standards
• Inspect kitchen and food service areas
• Order materials and supplies
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods
• Prepare products for customers with food allergies and intolerances, as per their request

ADDITIONAL SKILLS AND PERSONAL SUITABILITY

• A positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Customer service oriented
• Experience of motivating and leading team.
• Ability to remain calm whilst under pressure and fast paced environment and prioritize tasks.

High school
