Wage rate: $29.00 / hour, 40 hours/ week

Job duties:

Plan, schedule, assign and evaluate work of cleaners and janitors; regularly inspect work and ensure that established standards are met; evaluate the need for building or equipment repairs; recommend for additional services required; provide training and guidance to janitorial staff; resolve conflicts between staff; perform cleaning duties as required; receive payment for jobs done; provide cleaning supplies and equipment to staff as needed; order supplies, maintain records, and prepare reports; investigate complaints and concerns and take preventive measures.

Requirements:

High School completion

Knowledge of basic English

1 to 2 years of experience required.
