Four Season Framing Ltd. located in Surrey, BC is currently looking to hire 2 full-time Construction Helpers to join their growing team. The services we provide include both residential and commercial projects, as well as new construction and renovations.

Job Type: Full-Time; Permanent

Salary: $26.50 per hour

Number of positions: 2

Start date: As soon as possible
Work locations: Various locations in Lower Mainland area of BC as per company’s contracts with its clients

Work conditions and physical capabilities: Physically demanding

Position responsibilities

• Assist skilled tradespersons by providing tools and materials and helping in their other construction activities.
• Assist in taking measurements and marking reference points on construction materials.
• Position and hold lumber in place for fastening or cutting.
• Clean and prepare surface for work as required.
• Install and remove scaffolding, ramps, and other temporary structures at construction sites
• Load, unload and move construction materials to and from the work site.
• Remove rubble and debris from the work site.
• Take care of construction equipment, clean them and store at safe place after work shift.

Position requirements

• No experience needed; we will train.
• Functional English is required.
• Ability to walk stands, crouch for long periods of time and carry out strenuous physical tasks.
• Candidate should be willing to work outdoors, indoors, and all-weather conditions.

Note

• Candidates who qualify will receive relocation assistance up to $1000.00.
• The company will pay $500.00 CAD as a referral incentive to any current employee who refers a candidate, and the company hires them.
