Job Duties:

• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes: like chicken and beef patties, Burgers, Grilled onions.
• Schedule and supervise kitchen staff and helpers
• Handling food and cooking equipment
• Oversee kitchen operations
• Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food,
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• Inspect and clean kitchen and work area
• May plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
