Jejudo Seafood Inc. dba Jeju Sushi Japanese Restaurant in Burnaby seeks a Permanent F/T COOK.

Duties:

• Prepare and make individual Japanese sushi menus such as Maki, Sushi rolls and Sashimi.
• Develop new sushi dishes and improve existing menus.
• Monitor food stocks and kitchen supplies.
• Supervise and train kitchen helpers.

Requirements:

Completion of secondary school

3 years or more experience in cooking

$19~22/hour, 35 hours/week
