Our company 1266267 BC Ltd. is based in Surrey, BC and is carrying out all kinds of residential and commercial building construction and renovations etc. Our company is currently hiring 2 Drywall Installers to work in various construction sites across Lower Mainland, BC.

Job Duties

• Measure, cut and fit drywall sheets for installation on walls and ceilings
• Position and secure sheets to metal or wooden studs or joists
• Cut and install metal corner beads in order to protect exterior corners
• Using a trowel and broad knife, fill holes, joints, cracks and nail indentations with joint compound
• Allow coat to dry and smooth out excessive compound
• Sand seams and joints, as well as applying successive coats of compound
• Fabricate and install metal ceiling grids, place in panels to form acoustical and coffered ceilings

Job Requirements

• Completion of secondary school
• On the job training will be provided

Job Location: Based in 5537 185A Street, Surrey, British Columbia – V3S 8S1 and Various Locations across the Lower Mainland

Wage: $34.90/hour

Hours: 40 hours per week. Full time, permanent position

Transportation will be provided by the employer.
