• Developing new growth strategies and putting them into action.
• Training and hiring of new staff.
• Creating and managing budgets and revenue of the organization
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the business
• Implement new strategies to increase productivity
• Giving presentations and represent the company in official meetings.
• Make decisions about equipment use, maintenance and modifications.
• Managing and Co-ordinating teams and communicating with the clients.
• Set up financial and administrative procedures.
