Hiring a Permanent F/T Baker (Asian Style Bread)

Work Hours : 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week
Working Duration : Full-time, Permanent
Benefit : 4% vacation pay OR 10 days paid vacation

Duties :
– Prepare dough for bread.
– Bake various Asian types of cakes and breads such as buns, bagels, ciabatta, cube bread and roll cakes.
– Decorate cakes
– Create new menu

– Organize and maintain inventory
– Prepare for special orders for various events

Requirements:
– Minimum 2 year of baker experience or completion of a college or other program for baking.
– Completion of high school
– English
