We create sustainable solutions that connect people, data and technology to transform the world’s infrastructure and energy systems. The breadth and depth of our capabilities are delivered to clients in key strategic sectors such as Engineering Services, Nuclear, Operations & Maintenance and Capital.

The AtkinsRéalis team acknowledges that our work spans many Territories, Treaty areas, Unceded Lands, and Métis Regions. We are grateful for the traditional Knowledge Keepers and Elders who are with us today, those who have gone before us and the youth that inspire us. We recognize the land and the benefits it provides to all of us, as an act of Reconciliation, as recommended by the Truth and Reconciliation Commission’s (TRC) 94 Calls to Action and gratitude to those whose territory we reside on, work on or are visiting.

We promote an inclusive and diverse work environment. We have a dedicated Indigenous Employee Resource Group (ERG) working towards the vision of increasing the presence of Indigenous employees at AtkinsRéalis by building awareness, understanding and support for Indigenous cultures and issues. It provides a safe space for Indigenous staff to connect and access support.
