Position: Cook

Wage: CAD$17.00/hour

Types: Full-time, Permanent

Working hours: 35- 40 hours/week

Benefits: 4% of vacation pay, Free meals at work, Tips

Job Duties:

• Prepare and cook Korean food items including various Korean-style fried chickens, fried rice dishes, Duukboki, fish cake soup & clam soup, spicy rice cake, and other Korean dishes on the menu;
• Maintain inventory and records of food;
• Oversee kitchen operations;
• Train other employees with respect to food preparation.

Job Requirements:

• Completion of secondary school;
• Completion of a three-year apprenticeship program for cooks or completion of college or other program in cooking or 2-3 years of commercial cooking experience.
