-Completion of high school

-Minimum 1~2 years of work experience as a cook

Job Duties:

– Prepare and cook complete meals from the menu such as Tempura, Donburi, Teriyaki, Udon Noodle Soup, yakisoba etc.

– Make the sauces used for cooking, such as Teriyaki and Tempura sauces

– Assist in developing new menu and sauces

– Ensure quality of food and determine size of food portions.
– Clean work area
