Job Title: Line Cook

Wage: $16.25 per hour Plus Gratuities

Working Hours: 40 hours per week

Employment Type: Full-Time/ Permanent

Benefit(s): 4% vacation pay and staff meal

Requirement:

–  Minimum 1~2 years of cooking experience

– Completion of High School is required.

– English

Duties:

• Prepare food for service including chopping vegetables and preparing sauces for the Tempura, Udon, Miso soup, and etc.
• Cook menu items in cooperation with other kitchen staffs
• Sanitize refrigerators and storerooms
• Stock inventory appropriately
• Clean work area.
