Mahek Restaurant & Lounge located at 9470,120street Surrey, BC, V3V 4B9 needs 1 full- time, Line Cook to join their team as soon as possible.

Job Duties:
• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods.
• Specialize in cooking ethnic Indian cuisine for vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes.
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• Plan menus, determine the size of portions and estimate food requirements.
• Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers and oversee kitchen operations.
• Preparation and cooking of vegetarian and non-vegetarian Clay oven (Tandoori) dishes.
• May clean kitchen and work area.

Job Requirements: –
• Completion of Secondary School.
• 1 year of experience in the related field.

Terms of Employment: –

Wages: – $18.50 per hour- 40 hours per week. Overtime of $1.5/hour starts after 40 hours per week.
