Blue Hawks Transport LTD.  is in search of ten full-time permanent Long Haul Truck Driver (NOC: 73300) @ $27.00 per hour, for 50 hours per week.

Required Skills:

• Operate and drive tractor-trailer or straight-body trucks.
• Transport goods and materials at various locations.
• Ensure good condition of equipment and safety and security of cargo.
• May make adjustment to routes if unexpected closures or conditions arise.
• Perform emergency road-side repairs, if required.
• Use GPS and other navigation equipment.
• Perform pre trip, en route and post trip inspection.
• Monitor and assist in loading and unloading of goods.
• Record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled, fuel consumption and other information.
• Abide truck driving rules and regulations as well as company policies and procedures.
• Communicate with dispatchers, other staff and customers using appropriate devices.
• Monitor vehicle performance and mechanical fitness and perform preventive maintenance.
• May work as part of two-person team.
• Obtain all permits required to travel internationally.
