Work Hours: 30 ~ 40 hours per week

Working Duration: Full-time, Permanent

Benefits: 10 days paid vacation

Your job duties will be:

– Prepare and cook Japanese food from the menu.
– Create new menus and recipes
– Maintain records of food cost, sales and inventory
– Requisition food and kitchen supplies
– Train and supervise cooks and other kitchen staff

Requirements:

– Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
– Minimum 3-5 years’ work experience as a cook or chef
– English
