Work Hours: 35 hours per week

Working Duration: Full-time / Permanent

Your job duties will be:

– Cut, trim, bone, tie and grind meats, using butcher’s cutlery or powered equipment.

– Wrap and package prepared cuts of meat for retail.

– Observe and maintain company sanitation and food safety standards.

– Keep work area clean, neat, and organized.

Requirements:

– Minimum 1 year’s related work experience or completion of meat cutting training college.

– High school
– English
