A-One Shrubs Nursery Ltd is looking for 10 Nursery workers for their business located at 1939 Townline Road Abbotsford, BC V2T 6E2. This position is full time with 8 hours a day and 40 hours per week.

As a Nursery Worker, you will be responsible for performing the following job duties:

• May operate equipment or machinery where required.
• Spray or dust plants to avoid disease and pests.
• Cultivate and harvest trees, shrubs, flowers and plants
• Mix and prepare soils and plant bulbs and seeds
• Dig up wrapping root balls of trees and shrubs
• Assist in pruning trees, shrubs and plants.
• Mix and prepare soils and plant bulbs and seeds
• Assist in grafting activities
• Order and maintain inventory
• Clean working areas.

Number of Positions: 10

Requirements:

• No education requirement.
• On the job training will be provided
• No specific language requirement

What we offer:

• $15.65 per hour
• 4% vacation pay of the gross salary
• On-the-job training will be provided
