The company is looking for one (1) Office Manager to join our dynamic team. The position is permanent and full-time (40 hr per week) $35 per hour.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Coordinate and plan for office services, such as accommodation, relocations, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets and parking.
• Oversee administrative operations related to budgeting, contracting and project planning and management processes.
• Establish work priorities, delegate work to office support staff, and ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed.
• Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures and review, evaluate and implement new procedures.
• Assemble data and prepare reports, manuals and correspondence
• Plan volleyballs corporate events and coordinate with clients to finalize the programs.

Requirement:

• At least 1 year of related experience.
• Highschool diploma.
• A university degree or college diploma in business or public administration is a plus but not required
• Attention to detail.
• Accurate, organized and reliable

Remuneration:

• $ 35 per hour for 40 hours per week
• Extended health benefits
