The Line Cook will be expected to perform the following duties:

– Prepare and cook individual dishes and foods according to recipes, product quality, portion and presentation standards;
– Food preparation is completed according to set bars and Food Safe guidelines;
– Maintain organization and cleanliness of station, kitchen, and store rooms;
– Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards;
– Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment, work with specialized cooking equipment;
– Supervise kitchen staff and helpers.

Requirement:
Completion of secondary school
2~3 years of work experience in commercial cooking
$16.50~$17.00 per hour based on 30 to 40 hours per week
Basic English
