Position: Restaurant Assistant Manager

Wage: $31.00 /hour
Duration of Employment Period: Permanent/Full-time
Hours of Work: 30 hours per week
Benefit: 10 days paid vacation

Job Duties:

• Working closely with the Manager to ensure all ordering and tasks are completed to successfully run the restaurant properly
• Assist with all administrative aspects and duties with the Manager
• Monitor and troubleshoot any restaurant, building maintenance and employee problems and finding solutions
• Process payroll for all restaurant staff
• Train and educate all staff for operational excellence.
• Involve in hiring new staff.
• Create and adjust all staff schedules.
• Keep detailed records of daily, weekly and monthly costs and revenues
• Gather guests’ feedback and recommend improvements to the menus

Requirements:

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• At least 2 years’ work experience as a restaurant manager or related supervisory role
• English
