Duties:

• Plan, coordinate, oversee, manage, and assess the restaurant’s operations.
• Prepare work schedule of staff and monitor their performance on the job.
• Implement operational procedures.
• Ensure high standards of guest experience.
• Resolve issues or complaints of the customers.
• Communication with Senior Leadership.
• Verify that health and safety laws are being observed.
• Hire employees and manage their training.
• Maintain inventory control, performance analysis, goal setting, and ensure all standards are being followed.
• Provide leadership and direction to the team.
