NIAFAZE SOLUTIONS INC. DBA The Beard Struggle located at 8385 St. George St Unit 5, Vancouver, BC V5X 4P3 is currently looking for 2 full-time, Retail Sales Supervisor to join their team asap.

Job Duties:

• Supervise and coordinate sales staff and cashiers

• Assign duties to the sales workers and prepare work schedules
• Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
• Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
• Authorize payments and return merchandise
• Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
• Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff and monitor and report on performance
• Ensure the visual standards, store displays, signage and cleanliness are maintained

Job Requirements:

• Completion of Secondary School
• 1-2 years of experience is required

Terms of Employment: –
Position: Full-time, Permanent
Wage: – $27.00 per hour- 40 hours per week. Overtime starts after 40 hours per week.
