Position: Retail Store Supervisor

Wages: CAD$29.00/hour

Types: Full-time, Permanent

Working hours: 30- 40 hrs/week

Benefits: 4% of vacation pay

Job Duties:

• Supervise and coordinate sales staff;
• Assign duties to sales staff and set work schedules and shifts;
• Authorize payments and the return of merchandise;
• Maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock;
• Order merchandise low in stock;
• Prepare financial reports on sales figures, merchandising, staff performance;
• Handle issues including supply shortages and customer complaints and requests;
• Train staff and monitor work performance;
• Ensure displays, signage and the general appearance and cleanness of the store are well-maintained.

Job Requirements:

• Completion of secondary school
• 1-2 years of retail sales experience
