Jassal Signs Ltd., situated in Surrey, BC, is actively seeking a Sales Supervisor to join our team on a full-time permanent basis. Candidates must possess a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant work experience along with at least a secondary school education.

The ideal candidate should be capable of fulfilling the following job duties and responsibilities:

• Assign sales workers to duties
• Authorize payments by cheque
• Authorize return of merchandise
• Establish work schedules
• Sell merchandise
• Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
• Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
• Manage cash
• Conduct performance reviews
• Supervise office and volunteer staff

Additional Skills

• Be able to work in a team and individually
• Be able to communicate in English
• Knowledge of other languages would be an asset for this position.

Salary: $22.60 – $28.00/hour for 40 hours per week – as per the experience.
