User Support Technicians
Job Description:
- Communicate with computer users who are having issues both online and in person to identify and record issues.
- Consult user manuals, technical manuals, and other documentation as you conduct research and put answers into practice.
- Reproducing, identifying, and fixing user-experience issues with technology.
- Provide guidance and instruction to users when required.
- Provide business systems, network and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties
- Create, manage, and share a log of issues and solutions with other technical support analysts.
- May supervise other technical support workers in this group.
Requirements:
- Completion of a diploma or degree in computer science, computer programming, or network administration.
