Congratulations Snaw-Naw-As

With great excitement we congratulate the Snaw-Naw-As First Nation.  After an enormous four-year effort to work through issues with their Individual Agreement, voting members of the Snaw-Naw-As First Nation voted 91% in favour of ratifying their Individual Agreement with Canada.

Now working towards ratifying their community Land Code, the Snaw-Naw-As First Nation has its sights set on becoming one of the newest Operational First Nation communities, under the Framework Agreement on First Nation Land Management.
