In continuing to highlight resilient Métis voices during Mental Illness Awareness Week, today Erika shares her story with us. “I think what has made it possible for me to talk about my illness so openly is that I want to help others talk about theirs. With all of the stigma surrounding mental health, it can be hard to open up to others for fear of being judged.
