Nomad Ventures Inc. announces that it has entered into an investor relations agreement with Hamza Majdi (the “Investor Relations Agreement”). Under the Investor Relations Agreement, Nomad has agreed to pay to Mr. Majdi an annual consulting fee of $25,000 and, in consideration of which, Mr. Majdi will provide Nomad with investor relations services. In particular, Mr. Majdi will assist Nomad in forming productive relationships with private investors, analysts, investment funds, brokers and other financial institutions and interested parties.

The Investor Relations Agreement, which is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange, is for a period of 12 months. Nomad may terminate the Investor Relations Agreement on providing 10 days written notice to the other party.
