Premier Horgan to visit Whitehorse and Lower Post

VANCOUVER – Premier John Horgan will visit Whitehorse, Yukon and Lower Post, B.C. from Sept. 30 to Oct. 2, 2019.

The following itinerary is confirmed as of Sept. 27 and includes bilateral meetings and community events.

Sept. 30 — Whitehorse, Yukon

• Bilateral meeting with Yukon Premier Sandy Silver
• Meetings with First Nations
• Business luncheon
• Tour of renewable energy facility

Oct. 1 — Lower Post, B.C.

• Meetings with First Nations
• Tour of former residential school
• Community welcome and feast
