Save the Date! AFN National First Nations Homelessness and Mental Wellness Forum November 13-14, 2024, in Vancouver, BC
Greetings,
Join us for the Assembly of First Nations (AFN) National First Nations Homelessness and Mental Wellness Forum on November 13-14, 2024, at the Pan Pacific Vancouver in Vancouver, British Columbia (B.C.), on the unceded and ancestral territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations. The purpose of the forum is to explore and share wholistic solutions, best practices, and future advocacy opportunities for enhancing First Nations community well-being. Participants will engage in dialogue, networking, and hear from presenters on the latest developments in First Nations homelessness and mental wellness.
The forum invites First Nations Chiefs, Leadership, Elders, Veterans, Technicians, Organizations, and professionals in the Homelessness and Mental Health sectors, including Consultants, Technicians, Government Representatives, Frontline Service Providers, and Students to attend. Individuals with lived experiences of homelessness are especially encouraged to attend*.
Registration will open soon. Please check the AFN website regularly for the latest updates at afn.ca.
*Note: Registration fees may be waived or discounted for attendees with limited financial resources.
