Event brings together Nuu-chah-nulth nations for four days of sports

After a five-year absence, the Tlu-piich Games are returning to Port Alberni.

The annual games, hosted by the Nuu-chah-nulth Tribal Council, are a gathering of Nuu-chah-nulth and Indigenous nations of all ages and abilities to celebrate healthy living and culture through sport. This will be their 38th year.

Neve Watts, the Tlu-piich Games coordinator this year, said that the games will be a little more “low key” this year compared to previous events.
