Today, June 15, TNDC celebrates International Day of Women in Mining (IDWIM). We are salute the many women who work in the sector, including the many talented women on the TNDC team and Tahltan women who work in a variety of positions.
We celebrate and share our appreciation for their valuable contributions to our company and the industry. TNDC is committed to continuing the gender equality of our workforce ad implementing initiatives towards a more sustainable, diverse and inclusive mining industry.
IDWIM celebrates women’s perseverance, contributions, talent and spirit, bringing to light the advancements achieved and the opportunities available for the industry to continue to become sustainable, diverse and inclusive.
