No festival is complete without awesome eats! At Party for the Planet, you’ll find a bunch of local food trucks whipping up everything from tacos and burgers to samosas, curry, and falafels. There’s something for everyone with plenty of vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options too.

2. Unleash Your Inner Gardener at the Surrey Parks Plant Sale

Want to green up your space? Grab some native plants like succulents, ferns, and perennials at super affordable prices. These plants are easy to care for, don’t need much water or any fertilizer, and they’re tough on pests while being friendly to local wildlife. Plus, check out the tomato plant giveaway happening at 2pm!

4. Enjoy Live, Local Music and Dance Performances

The vibe isn’t complete without some tunes and dance. We’ve got live music and performances lined up on three stages. Expect everything from dance crews to local bands, plus some fun interactive demos by the Urban Safari Rescue Society and Science World.

Bring your little ones to experience the fun of Earth Day at Party for the Planet! We’ve got plenty of activities tailored for kids of all ages. They can challenge themselves on a rock-climbing wall, enjoy performances at the Family Stage, explore water tanks at the Coastal Flood Adaptation Tent, and enjoy games at the Museum of Surrey tent. Don’t forget to check out the Downtown Surrey BIA kid’s craft zone for even more creative fun.
