This requirement is for: The Correctional Service of Canada, Pacific Region, at various Institutions in the Fraser Valley.

Nature of Requirements:
The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement.
Correctional Service Canada has a requirement for annual preventative maintenance services, flue gas analysis and repairs to maintain institutional hot water and steam boiler systems within the Correctional Institutions of the Pacific Region in the Fraser Valley.
Objectives: The contractor must provide full coverage maintenance services that consist of scheduled maintenance, annual preventative maintenance service including a flue gas anaylsis and combustion tune up and Boiler Repair at regular intervals for Boiler Systems.
The work the Contractor must perform includes but is not limited to: annual testing, external exmaninations, inspections and maintenance and repair. The Contractor must complete all work in accordance with CSA B51 2019 – Boiler, Pressure Vessel and Pressure Piping Code; ASME BPVC 2019; NBIC part 3 -2019; Safety Standards Act of B.C; Safety Standards General Regulation of B.C; the Power Engineers, Boiler, Pressure Vessel and Refrigeration Safety Regulation of B.C, the Gas Safety Regulations of B.C, the equipment manufacturer’s recommendations and all other related and applicable acts, regulations, codes, directives and safety orders pertaining to the work in the province of British Columbia.
Deliverables: The Contractor must provide all necessary tools, equipment, parts, materials and labour
needed for mandatory maintenance requirements and tests including but not limited to: semi annual
and annual testing and inspections, services and inspections at regular intervals.

Period of the Contract: The Work is to be performed during the period of 08-August-2022 to 07-August-2025 with the option to renew for (2) additional one-year periods.
