Our company P&S Legacy Contracting is based in Surrey, BC and is carrying out all kinds of residential and commercial building construction, maintenance, renovations etc. Our company is currently hiring 3 Carpenters to work in various construction sites across Lower Mainland, BC

The Job Duties will include:

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine specifications and calculate requirements
• Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes, using measuring tools
• Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood and wood substitutes
• Fit, trim and install wood items such as doors, stairs and other hardware
• Maintain, repair and renovate residences and wooden structures

Education: Secondary School

Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience OR 3-4 years of apprenticeship program

Terms of employment:

• Wage: $31.00/hour
• Job Location: Based out of 7111 142 Street, Surrey, British Columbia – V3W 5N4, will require travel to various construction sites and locations in Lower Mainland only
• Hours: 40 hours per week.
• Full time- permanent position
