Sushi S Japanese Restaurant is looking for a F/T, Permanent cook.

Position: Cook

Available Position: 1

Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent

Wage: $20.00-25.00 per hour

Work Hour: 30-40 hours per week

Benefits: 4% vacation pay

Work Location: 1-4739 Willingdon Avenue, Burnaby, BC V5G 3H5

Job Duties:

-Prepare complete meals and all our menu items.

-Plan new menu items and develop seasonal and special menus.

-Keep kitchen clean and sanitized.

-Train other kitchen helpers in preparation, cooking and handling food items.

-Maintain and operate kitchen equipment according to rules and regulations

-Keep inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment

Requirements:

-Completion of secondary school

-2-3 years work experience as a commercial cooking experience is required.

-English is required
